No trains go from Charing Cross or Cannon Street out to Thanet via the North Kent Lines. Almost all Thanet services go from Victoria via the Chatham Mainline. There are some which go via the Kent Mainline via Orpington and Ashford from CHX, but again not NKL
The 376 is restricted to 58 minute journeys as they have no toilets
The best you could have is the 465 & 376 doing London to Dartford or Gravesend Metro runs then the 395 doing the bits out past Gravesend through Medway to Thanet (though in truth only 12 runs a day do this with most terminating at Faversham)

No, they don't. All trains from Charing Cross that go out onto the NKL terminate at either Dartford or Gravesend with the exception of four services per day which stop at Strood or Gillingham.
Thameslink services which start in Bedfordshire and go through Blackfriars go through Gravesend via Greenwich out to Rainham
Most Javelin services from St Pancras via Gravesend terminate at Faversham, with 12 clockwise loop services via Ramsaget and 11 anti-clockwise a day the other way

If you don't believe me (and I live in Gillingham) look it up on realtimetrains.co.uk
Look up all trains today from Higham which call at London Charing Cross or London Cannon Street

Still no, unless you mean where you have to change, which would be what I said initially, go from CHX to Dartford or Gravesend, then on a 700 to Medway, then on a 375 to Thanet, but there are no direct trains from Charing Cross to Ramsgate via Gravesend

So they're new special services just for the summer. OK
That article shows it as a normal "Dartford stopper" via Woolwich and then extends to Thanet, so not via SIdcup or Bexley. Maybe DTG could add them as special 465 services on SEHS between Gravesend and Faversham
