Now , I’m sure lots of you will be aware of some rumours of the class 465 releasing as a dlc at the same time as the release of a route . If this is true , then my suggestion is for something called the ‘ Southeastern pack ‘ , where basically you get the main route and the 465 together as one dlc for the price of £30 . This is only a suggestion for if the route and loco come out together, which I don’t know if they will . Just an idea
But I have just Pre-ordered the route. That wouldn't be fair. The bundle would be at 20% ish less than buying the products individually. Possibly the bundle could have a 10 % discount to make it fair for those of us that have pre-ordered the route.
Fair enough. Maybe have the southeastern pack for console and owners of the route on steam pay £5 for the loco if they have preordered it , and if they get it after the release then they are elegible for the southeastern pack
The 465 is NOT coming out at the same time DTG have already stated this in previous streams on launch it will be the route with the 375/9 electrostar and the 395 Olympic javelin
Yep I believe correct me if I’m wrong the 465 will come with another side line off the Chatham main line a small branch a bit like Seaford line in east coastway
Hypothesis more than rumour. I believe I started that one It was based on the targets and awards being posted on steam, which usually means a few weeks until release rather than months, and it came a week or so after the main route stats were put on Steam I wouldn't bet on there being any extension to the main route, mainly because DTG have repeatedly said they won't do extensions at this point As I've said on other posts, we shall see this evening what's included
The sheerness branch ? If so it would be a bit of a waste of money to get the 465 when it just runs the same route as the 375
Thanks that’s the one couldn’t remember the name of it however remember there is significant replay value in that the trains can be used on any route in scenario planner
This would be a good idea! Dtg have previously done this for ts20xx for the ecml south, which came with the route and a class 321
Yes that was specifically answered in the stream today, no Sheerness branch. They wouldn't speak much at all about the 465 but they ruled that straight out.
