PS4 Southeastern High Speed Trains Not Appearing In Training Center

All four trains from Southeastern High Speed Extended are not appearing in Training Center. Playing on PS4. Pictures below, two of them show the absence of the trains, the third shows proof that SEHS is installed. Photos were taken from tablet pointed at screen.

 

Maybe the layers aren't available on ps4.
I know a lot of layers are missing from routes on ps4 due to hardware restrictions.
