Evening all, I am unable to transfer Southeastern High Speed from TSW3 to TSW4 on my PS5. TSW3 was purchased on disc where as TSW4 was downloaded but this shouldn't have been an issue as other routes that I purchased on TSW3 have transferred over without an issue, it just seems to be Southeastern High Speed. I have tried to see if anyone has already posted about this but can't seem to find an existing topic, any info gratefully received. Many thanks
The routes you have on disc do not automatically give you the DLC in the Playstation Store since it exists on the disc. When you upgrade versions you must contact Dovetail Support and create a new ticket and tell them you own the game on disc. They will probably ask for proof of purchase and then they will provide you with the codes to allow you to download and use the routes you have on disc. Routes you buy directly from the PS Store will always follow you onto future TSW editions that they are compatible with, no need to contact support for those.
