Hey, everybody! I really like the Southeastern Highspeed route, but I'm having a little trouble with the interface. On a Class 395 electric train (when train on AC power mode) the speed is displayed in km/h on the dashboard, and in "normal" mode in UI it is also displayed in km/h, but the limits are displayed in mph (see screenshot #1). If I switch UI to "simple" mode, the speed will be displayed in mph (see screenshot #2). I understand that TVM will not let me break the speed limit, but when approaching the stations the TVM limit drops to ≤100 km/h, but the limit on the interface continues to be displayed in miles, which creates confusion. Is there any way to fix it? Spoiler: Screenshots
across that very highspeed line, km/h is being used instead of mph, which is why it's also "physically" shown in the cab and not just in the HUD, as that's configurable in the settings. for the top right display aswell as the simple speedometer, I assume DTG didn't make it change automatically with the other HUD displays, where it just uses mph since SEH is a british route. I don't think there is a way to fix it other than setting the measurement units from "automatic" to "metric" in the settings:
Yes, I know you can change the units in the settings, I just thought there was an any fix. I sometimes drive on German routes, so I have to manually switch this setting every time.
