On 1J07 I got stuck at a red signal outside of Ebbsfleet so I checked the ai trains and all are stopped and its because of another ai has skipped a red at Gravesend so I can not complete this service and also fix lighting at Ashford Intl because it is too dark.
Just running this now (on PC) and got into Ebbsfleet no problem. Try re-running the service and see if you get the same result. There could be a one off glitch in that run
