Please could the southeastern route be extended to London Victoria and Charing cross

 

Not a chance.

If anything, it'll be a new route going to either Dartford, Rochester or somewhere else.

The section we've got in game, however, will not be made a 3rd time.

 

More likely be a new route to go to London Victoria or charing cross
