Hi all this is just another suggestion that i think would be great to see in Tsw This is a spanish commuter route called the R1 it is operated by Rhodiles de catalanya and also Renfe the section im suggesting is from L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) to Malgrat de Mar This is not the full route but it is still takes a good hour to compete Trains The trains on this route would be the Renfe Class 447 EMUs built by Alstom, CAF, Siemens and ABB between 1993 and 2001 The max speed for this train is 120 km/h and draws its power from a 3 Kv DC overhead cantenery line This unit also features the ASFA safety system and is Iberian gauge These trains have great sounds to them and look great on this route Another possible train for this route could be the Renfe Class 465 EMU by Siemens and CAF built between 2002 and 2010 for Renfe These trains draw power from a 3 Kv DC overhead cantenery line and have a maximum speed of 120 km/h or 75 mph These EMUs are iberian gauge and features both ASFA and ERTMS safety systems Why this route? I would say it's going to be an excellent idea since it will be the first TSW 2 route to use 1.66m tracks instead of 1.435m track and the Rhb 1m track gauge. Since it runs to Barcelona Sants what they can do is actually render the linking corridor between this one and the platforms for Perpignan-Barcelona High Speed line. So that when DTG Makes Perpignan-Barcelona HSR DLC then own this one you can experience both 1.435m Gauge HSR trains and 1.66m track Gauge Renfe Barcelona Commuter Rail. That means you'll get a pop up screen do you like to take the service to Malgrat Del Mar yes or no? Then if you use the Linking hallway from R1 to the Perpignan-Barcelona HSR platforms you should get this prompt do you like to take over this service to Marseille yes or no since Most TSW2 owners are likely to own LGV Mediterranean Line
