When I drive at night (only tested so far on the class 395 and 465), every few seconds I'm getting a flash in the windscreen. I am wondering if this is a reflection from the sparks generated by the third rail shoes. It's as if the relection is showing because the light is travelling internally through the train walls and cab floor? It's quite distracting, so I've had to turn off the effect when driving at night, which is a shame, as it's a fantastic effect when viewed from outside I've attached pictures to show with and without the reflection. Also tested on PC and Xbox and it's the same on both.
Should be fixed instantly but it's probably another case where the code base was done wrong from the beginning of TSW and now it is impossible to fix
I noticed this issue in a night run with the Class 465 yesterday, too. Another huge problem with the new lighting appears on Spirit of Steam. If Steam passes through the cab of the loco at night (for example when going under bridges) and the firing doors are open, the light originating from the firing doors interacts with the steam, which results in extremely bright and very frequent flashes which can cause dizziness. There is also a huge glow radiating from the cab of the locomotive at night in snowy conditions (might also happen without snow) when the firing doors are open. It lights up the ground below the locomotive. Both of these bugs are very distracting and immersion breaking at night, and the first one may even be gamebreaking to those who are sensitive to light flashing.
