It would be great if you could click on a checkbox and then spawn your selected vehicle which makes it entirely shut-down on spawn so you basically have to cold-start it, which is honestly fun on a lot of locos, including the expert DB class 101, which has a full in-game tutorial for it. There isn't much else to say, but I also think an implementation of this would be easy, since such a setting also exists for timetable making: either shut down completely, started up but requires last steps or ready to go (as I remember).
