Liveries Spawning The Creators Club Freight Car Liveries

Do anyone know how to spawn the Creators club freight car liveries I tried to do it but I can't do it is it possible to do it

 

…which vehicles in particular Sean ? . I & others have had similar issues. I’m definitely not an expert ! but I raised a thread here recently & have had great help/advice from more experienced members.

You use the phrase "freight cars". Does that mean you are interested in American stock?
If so then I believe that much of the US stock doesn't appear in Free Roam.
It is a known bug and, I presume, DTG are working on it.
However if, as Polestar suggests, you give us a couple of examples then someone will be able to double-check this for you.

…seems that there’s a problem with many vehicles being unable to appear in ‘spawn’, I’ve been advised that you can make them appear in the ‘Scenario Planner’ though.
