It’s Zugbeeinflussung. Phonetically it is pronounced zug-be-ein-fla-sung. It’s the ZB of PZB, the P being Punktförmige. In English it translates to intermittent train influencing.
In emergency braking situations you’ll hear Zwanbremsung (Zwan-brem-zung) repeated. It just means emergency braking.
