I would like to change speed limits on a particular scenario. Is this possible and if so, what file should I be looking for?
Have a look at Post 5 in this thread https://forums.dovetailgames.com/th...lity-electrification-at-start-location.71652/ It talks about Electrics but in the same box that appears on the RH side you can also change the line speed. When doing so you only need to click on the space bar 3 times for it to show the line speed. Changing the line speed would do so for each scenario you run. There is a way to changed the line speed in a scenario but I have not tried that.
I don't know myself but there are two examples I know of. First, the Acela scenarios on the old NEC raise the line speed to 135 mph. Similarly, one ICE1 scenario does the same on Hagen-Siegen. Second, many scenarios play with slow zones, TSR for temporary speed restriction is their name. Track repairs, checking bushes, or else. You should be able to verify what those scenarios do. Even if you don't own these specific ones, you've likely come across the same idea.
