Spirit Of Steam ( Might There Be Any Banking On The Route)?

    I don't if this was ever brought up yet but might any part of this route feature any loco pushing banking opportunities?

    No banking, no, it's got some inclines but nothing that needs anything like banking.

    I figured it was worth asking because i heard the Stanier 8F was sometimes used as a banking engine.

    Banking was used a lot out of Manchester Victoria up Miles Platting incline. It would be an interesting feature for a "Steam Legends" type dlc for Northern Trans Pennine if they ever make one. The 8F would be ideal for it.

    Just about any type of loco was used on the Miles Platting incline. man-63-01-4293402826.jpg
