PC Spirit Of Steam: On Foot 'underground' View!

To replicate:

1. Walk on foot at 7:10 at Liverpool Lime Street.
2. Get on the first coach that the engine couples to.
3. Pick a seat (in second in my case).
4. Wait for the train to move.
5. Press left / right arrows. Different views.
6. Additionally, press 2 / 3 for outside then back to 1 and can find that you're teleported outside of the train. Time this right and you can catch up at the next station and reboard the train.
