Probably not. Firstly, how does the Jubilee have any relevance to SOS, and secondly, it's not very wise to release a DLC during a bank holiday.

 

Nothing has been announced so I wouldn't get your hopes up.

 

It’ll be close enough that The jubilee class we’ll be getting seems like a tip of the hat to HRH.

 

I have to agree with trainsimplayer though it's a nice touch releasing a game during Bank Holiday is a big no no we don't want a repeat of rush hour and add to the mix dtg not actually at work

 

It’s HM not HRH and I’m sure she’s just as eager to know when the release is as we are. If it does coincide with the jubilee though she won’t be able to play as she will be busy!

I fully agree with you however the first of the Jubilees build, No 5552 (BR 45552) was specially named for the Silver Jubilee of King George V. It's name being "Silver Jubilee"..
