Steam Spring Core Update Texture Resolution Problem

PBO, service 1E71 (Class 47 HI IC). Get out of the loco and look at the platform signs.

Going to settings and switching texture quality made no difference (it actually never does.)

Vanilla Engine.ini. Reproducible.



Workaround:
Use GodMode to spawn to a far off location, then teleport back so the tiles are reloaded.

Please make use of the Steam Beta channel to release these kind of unfinished beta updates in the future. (I know you won't). The customers and I are not your beta testers, but you treat us like we were.

Also, a loss of Freeroam functionality across various stock has been reported since that [Removed] update.

I don't have time for more testing. This occured since the update only, and if you count one and one together and see the discussion on possible memory leakage on the console texture topics, I'll leave it up to the team to find the issue.

Or ask your beta testers, they must know about this. Or point them to the forums and ask them to investigate this, they're getting rewarded anyway.

I'm playing a game + DLC collection worth 1,000 Euros here and am sick of all this. Just leave the game core alone and focus on developing addons.

TSW in year 7 is still an open beta.
