From what I can see DTG can remake it for TSW 4 by adding in Stadler Flirt Akku DB BR515 with the Training centre tutorial telling you on the Metro-North section you may now drop the Pantograph for Battery power remember to raise the Pantograph for charge. Rolling stock for Norddeutschebahn Kiel Lübeck/Lüneburg should be Stadler Flirt Akku DB BR261 218 & 648 the latter 3 are in TSC version
Well actually I really would love to see the Kiel Flensburg route but you are right. That would be an awesome gameplay element to have to look on the battery gauge and not to forget to raise the panto when approaching the terminals
