In addition to getting a bit of an appearance overhaul, the latest update to Steam rather than starting discreetly in the background and dropping into hidden icons on the taskbar is starting with its full on home page plus the various pop ups. A tad annoying. Anyone else found this or discovered how to revert to previous settings? Google search throws up plenty of pages about how to stop Steam starting automatically when you boot up the PC (which I already have implemented) but not how to stop it starting maximised when launching a game.
