I use an XBOX(X) and download TSW games from Microsoft. I was wondering if I can purchase a TSW addon from Steam and use it on my XBOX? If so, how?

I play TSW on my Xbox and Steam. Unfortunately you have to buy the content twice if you want TSW on Xbox and Steam.
