As it is the 200th anniversary of Railways in Britain this year it would be amazing to see steam locomotives even if just one return to the Train Sim World franchise. Also this year the 'Riviera Line' will release with TSW6. I propose that we bring 5029 'Nunney Castle' into TSW6 as a separate addon for TSW6. I want to emphasise that I am aware of the no steam policy but I believe that Rail 200 is a good enough reason to break that policy even if just once. Anyway why 5029? Well she recently returned to service and is a common sight over the Riviera Line. Another reason is that she is an ex-GWR steam locomotive which would provide more variety to the steam ready added to TSW. Also she currently sports the post-war GW green which would again provide a lovely contrast with the BR Green and Black we have in the game. She is a mainline certified engine which would mean we now have an engine to run alongside 60103 'Flying Scotsman'. Furthermore it would be fun and engaging to take a Great Western engine over the South Devon banks which is native territory for them and it would provide an interesting challenge for players to tackle the gradients while managing reverser and regulator positions instead of just doing what you do on a diesel and just setting the throttle and kicking your feet back.
Please DTG it's Rail 200. Just bring back steam and what better engine for the job than 5029 'Nunney Castle'
