I am glad the issue of the pricing has been fixed however did you know that a refund can take up to 14 days
They say that, but I refunded a game last night and it took less than two hours before I could see it on my Credit Card App.
It's bank dependant. I've had stuff refunded the same day, but because the company (Europcar) cancelled the original purchase transaction at their end, Barclays kept the hold on the money so I couldn't spend or withdraw for 20 days! Eventually the hold expired but was still rather annoying! TLDR: The Refund leaves the business's account immediately - but can take 14 days to process through the banking system because some banks are slow! Sometimes company just cancels the purchase transaction so the payment isn't taken overnight - but banks may not release money straight away
