Hi Everyone, I was wondering if I could get some assistance with contacting the Steam Sounds Supreme team. We've been trying to get in touch with them via their advertised methods but so far we've not managed to get any response. Would be really cool to get in touch with them. If anyone has any contact or knows the team, would they be able to assist in making a connection? Thanks everyone.
They aren't really a team, it is one person. You just need to be patient, I don't think he checks his mail that frequently. John
I too have also been trying to get an update on a product they are developing and Matt hasn’t replied in over 12 months. It is frustrating!
Have you tried contacting Caledonia Works or Victory Works Adam?---they may be able to pass a message along

Your lucky he hasn’t responded to me for over a year, which is extremely rude. All l want to know is SSS still working on producing the Ivatt 41241 and a likely completion date? But have never received a response.
Unless I am missing something from your needs, I think I can answer this one. Steam Sounds Supreme market the Ivatt 2-6-2T model by Skyhook Games. Included in the range provided is a specific representation of preserved 41241. It therefore seems very unlikely to me that they will produce a separate one of their own. Hope that helps, John
Thank you John, but SSS released an Ivatt 2mt tank range as an add on for their KWVR route. As the red 41241 was not included l contacted Matt who confirmed that this would be issued separately, but l have had no more news on this issue. https://www.steamsoundssupreme.com/ivatt-2mt-tank l will contact Skyhook to see if they know the answer.
I contacted Steam Sounds Supreme and haven’t again received a response from Matt. l have contacted Skyhook games as suggested and am awaiting a response. Updated 22/1/25 As of five weeks later l still haven’t received a response
You haven't got a developer domain like "@skyhookgames.com" in your email address. Maybe that's why your mails are probably lost in spam.
