Steam Update - Local Workshop Management

You can now manage (refine) workshop locally similar to DLC. Pretty big update imo.


Looks like it's an old feature, but for whatever reason I didn't have it. Guess I could hunt old screenshots. No matter.

 

Looks like a Steam feature that applies to other games, as well. I looked up ETS 2.

I'm sure this has been in steam for a while - I've seen this months ago at least for some of the other games (I had to use it for Transport Fever 2 to get rid of a lot of stuff ). Still a really useful feature if you have lots of stuff subscribed

 

It should have been like that from the beginning really... It went under the radar for me when it was introduced, I didn't see anyone talking about it until relatively recently.

 

I don't think anyone from DTG knew about it, i mean that being said - from my perspective I was using it for something else so it didn't cross my mind - but equally it really isn't my place for the community stuff - but then again it's more a steam thing than DTG thing

 

Exactly. It's users and Steam, DTG has nothing to do with it from my view.

 

I didn't think it did have anything to do with DTG, I just never saw the feature announced either by Valve or in gaming media.
