The game has not yet been released at this time, and it is already 33% off at certain key resellers for the PC Steam version. Why this feeling of being ripped off when you just buy a product at the normal price? :(

Personally would recommend avoiding those key reseller sites. It's a grey market.

You don't know where those keys came from, and, most of the time, those sites don't even know either. They could've been obtained fraudulently. If the dev discovers their keys are being used on the grey market they do have the power to revoke them (and it can happen sometimes).

If you want to find a good deal on a game from legitimate sites, I'd recommend IsThereAnyDeal.

That's just reality. Key resellers will be at a lower price even before a game is released because of how they source the key. Doesn't mean it's been obtained in an ethical way however

I wouldn't take the risk of buying from those sites and only buy it from official digital stores, which mostly only sell the main game.

There used to be a few websites like; Gamesplanet, Gamersgate, Fanatical, Greenmangaming that sold addon's for TSW up to TSW 3/4 and even their own digital store stopped. I do hope DTG changes that limitation from TSW 5 and offers those sites to sell again, it's much better for us consumers (and maybe DTG) then having one store.

Don’t those sellers buy a bunch of keys beforehand? Not trying to support them, just curious. Used to buy keys all the time without any issues.

I have bought from CDKeys without any issues so far. I already bought the TSW 5 standard edition from Steam, now suddenly CDKeys are selling it for £25.99, the deluxe for £40.99, and the special for something like £65.

I find it hard to believe they can sell them so cheaply right after launch. I'm not about to start messing with a Steam refund in the hopes of saving more money by rebuying it. I have read plenty of people saying their keys had already been redeemed from that site, so I could have just got lucky in the past (I've only ever bought a couple of old games from there; they would never be my go-to place for new games, which I always buy from retailers).

But I did just get the GWE DLC from CDKeys for £3.50, which has worked, as it was cheap and worth the risk.

It used to be easier to buy them in bulk, but due to fraud many publishers stopped selling to everybody.
Some publishers still sell in bulk but those sites are most likely not part of such a agreement.
