I'm having an issue with the store and my routes at the moment and I really have no idea why it is happening. The store is broken and on the home page of the store it just shows three blank boxes with 'Model 2' and 'Model 1' written on them. If I click on the locos and routes tabs it only shows routes which were released before 2015 or 16 (somewhere around that time). I also cannot see in my quick drive, career scenarios or standard scenarios any routes before then other than ones that weren't purchased from the DTG store. So for example, I have the Southampton - Bournemouth DLC, however this route is nowhere to be found other than on steam where I view my purchased DLCs. I've attached screenshots of the routes which I can see, alongside a screenshot of the store. Any help as to why this is happening and any fixes would be much appreciated.
As another example, some of the routes in this list are not there, such as ECML South London - Peterborough and the Cornish Mainline
I've just cleared the cache and all my routes are back and visible, but the store is still messed up.
Some people are reporting store / profile issues in-game. I noticed that the newest offerings are Return to Maerdy and some other old steamer. This might be April 1st, though. The other shots look like quick drive, which is usually a consequence of escalating corruption due to some bogus resource - usually a workshop scenario or route. Short term - delete your scenario cache (SDBCache) and it will rebuild, takes ages though. Long term, try to find the offending stuff and fix it - by removing, or re-extracting.
I don't used the Store in the game - too flaky. I open up the Steam Client and use the Store on those pages - more stable.
