The BR 101 and the IC coaches have strange lighting effects when driving on HRR (don't know whether other routes are also effected). This may be the same issue as here: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/strange-light-effects-in-the-br-425-and-422-hrr.38802/ If you want to reproduce it, just do IC 2157 from the second journey chapter. This is a bug on all Preserved collection routes, when the sun is pointing at your train at a certain way, it gives you this UV blue light effect.
