Progress: Beginning of Development

Ist es Ihm dadurch verboten auch einen ICE2 zu modden?

Hört sich so an als würdest du Ihm das jetzt verbieten wollen.

 

ich wollte nur vorwarnen, weil wenn 2 mal der selbe Zug entwickelt wird kann das letztendlich zu Präferenzproblemen etc führen. und wieso sollte ich sowieso jemandem etwas verbieten? das wäre nun wirklich dreist von mir. er kann ja auch an einem ICE 2 arbeiten wenn er will, es war ja nur ein Hinweis/eine Empfehlung

Any chance some of the docks around Moorburg and Hamburg Harburg can be added please? Every summer on route to Denmark I stop with my father to do some freight spotting for a week. I’d been hoping that Harburg or south of Hamburg would be created!

wie wärs mit der RB 38 als Teilfahrplan zwischen Hannover Hbf und Langenhagen Mitte. Dort fährt zwar die Baureihe Br.648, allerdings könnte man als Ersatz die BR 629 nehmen.
Fände ich sehr cool!

 

Wahrscheinlich erstmal nicht, da ich die gesamte Strecke so realistisch wie möglich gestalten möchte. Aber ich werde mal schauen

 

Update!
Zur Zeit befinde ich mich dabei, die LiDAR Daten für die Strecke zu sammeln. Wenn jemand weiß wo es diese kostenlos gibt, würde ich mich sehr darüber freuen.

Niedersachsen stellt leider keine kostenlosen LIDAR Daten zur Verfügung. Diese muss man leider erwerben.
Ich wollte auch gerne anfangen meine Heimstrecke zu basteln und mir das alles ansehen, leider keine Chacne mit LIDAR Daten ohne dafür Geld auszugeben.

Lower saxony doesn't give free LIDAR data, you can only buy them. I also wanted to give a shot at my home route, but no chance without paying money for it.

 

if it has Maschen, then it is worth it even as a paid DLC wont it burn PCs tho? it is quite big... AF actually ))

Moin moin ja lidar gibt es keine Höhendaten von Niedersachsen for nothing..... sonst hätte ich die auch gebaut.

....aber es gibt ja noch die AKN von Norderstedt bis nach Neumünster!!! Die würde ich mir auch wünschen oder selber versuchen zu bauen!

You are going to run into a problem with the two marshalling yards Maschen & Lehrte they actually operate on a hump principle DB ÖBB terminology Ablaufberg. The latter one uses an electric locomotive over the hump seen inside Villach Süd Wien Kledering 1064 1163 Salzburg Gnigl

 

I know that it wont be possible, but I will still build both Maschen and Lehrte. All Cargo Trains will start after everything is sorted, so you will just leave Maschen or Lehrte with your Cargo Train.

 

Frage: wenn du schon die Strecke zwischen Hannover und hamburg machst geht die ja an langenhagen vorbei und da wollte ich fragen ob du es vieleicht in betrachtung siehts das du die S4 bis nach Bennemühlen machen kannst,da eub sich um meine hauptstrecke handelt das währen halt dann nur noch die haltestellen Langenhagen Pferdemarkt , Langenhagen Kaltenweide , Bissendorf , Mellendorf und dann bennemühlen ist von der landschaft her eine prima strecke für Hannover-Hamburg.

Ich werde schauen was machbar ist, hatte gerade mal geschaut, ist nen ziehmich weit. Sobald ich mit Hannover - Hamburg fertig bin, schaue ich die S-Bahn bis Bennemuehlen baue. Das ist aber auch von der Performance abhaenging da es ja ein gigantisches Projekt ist. Danke fuer dein Intresse an meinem Projekt

I know it isn't a lot yet, but I had a hard time fighting with the Tile creation to get it right. There will be a lot more coming very soon! I plan to make an Update, whenever I work on the Route and make a noticeable difference. Where would you want me to continue development on the Route next? I wish everyone a great Week!

wie kann man selber maps bauen und gibt es jemanden der ein Tutorial hat ?

 

Mit dem TSW 4 Editor, das ist aber leider sehr kompliziert.

Das ist ein sehr gutes Tutorial wie man das Terrain erstellt. Für den Rest kann ich dir empfehlen einfach nach Tutorials für Unreal Engine 4 zu suchen.

 

Bei der AKN Strecke würde ich mich sogar über das gesamte Netz freuen. Also A1 Eidelstedt - Neumünster , A2 Ulzburg Süd - Norderstedt Mitte und A3 Ulzburg Süd - Elmshorn. Meine alte Heimat, 32 Jahre an der Linie A1 gelebt.

Wenn ich nur annähernd Plan von dem Ganzen hätte würde ich mich selbst ran trauen. Aber ich bin zu ungeduldig mir das jetzt noch alles beizubringen. Auch mit den ganzen Tutorials.

Aber das ist ein Thema für ein extra Thread. Hier gehts ja um Hamburg - Hannover. Freue mich schon drauf. Im Train Simulator Classic war das meine meistgefahrene Strecke.

If I had even a rough idea of the whole thing, I would dare to do it myself. But I'm too impatient to learn it all now. Even with all the tutorials.

But that's a topic for a separate thread. This is about Hamburg - Hanover. I'm looking forward to it. This was my most traveled route in Train Simulator Classic.

- Do all special Tracks besides S-Bahn and Main Line between Hannover-Legeburg and Langenhagen Mitte

Hi! I'm from Hannover (and used to commute to Suderburg and Uelzen on the daily) so it's nice to see someone working on this. There are some minor errors I've noticed, just in case you missed them:

The RB 31 runs between Hamburg Hbf and Uelzen, not Hannover Hbf <> Uelzen.

The station is called Hannover-Ledeburg. Also Großburgwedel is one word, not two.

One other thing that came to my mind:

The S8 only operates during fairs (and hasn't for quite a while now), so I'm not really sure if it's worth including. But when you do, why not run it until Langenhagen-Pferdemarkt and than disappear in a portal after the curve to the Airport?

 

The RB 31 runs a couple of Night Services from Hannover to Hamburg and back since the last RE 3 stops operating short before midnight. The RB 31 then Runs all night from Hannover Hbf to Hamburg and back including all RB 31 stations between Lueneburg and Harburg it is a combination of RE 2 and RB 31.
I am sorry for all the Spelling errors, I will fix Hannover Ledeburg. But I can not change Grossburgwedel right now (I am Using US Keybard)
The S8 might appear in 1 or 2 Scenarios

Wenn die Strecke fertig ist wird sie wohl einer meiner Lieblingsstrecken im TSW 4 werden.Ich frage mich warum DTG es nicht geschafft hat diese wirklich verkehrsreichste Strecke Deutschlands zu bauen???

Bisher ist noch unklar ob die Strecke kostenlos sein wird. Wir werden nahe dem Ende eine Entscheidung, anhand des Aufwands des Gesamten Developments treffen. Jedoch muss ich mich noch informieren unter welchen Bedingungen wir die Strecke auch verkaufen könnten. Was ich aber schon sagen kann, falls die Strecke etwas kosten sollte, wird es ein fairer Preis sein. Deutlich geringer als die Preise der DTG Strecken

 

According to EULA, you're not allowed to commercially sell your creations by yourself. If you want to sell it, you have to go the offcial way via DTG. Otherwise you can risk a lawsuit in the worst case.

 

What you can do indeed is contribute it as free ware. That's probably no problem (although it's also dependent what licenses are in state for the assets). Then you don't do it via DTG but can use a platform like trainsimcommunity.com

 

Please don't say you were not aware that you can't sell TSW content on your own. This is not the freedom of TSC here...

DTG, Steam, Sony, MS, Epic - they all want their share.

You could make it donationware though, that should be no problem legally.

 

@ Trainspotting Norden ....Ihr könnt ja wenn es anders nicht geht ein Spendenkonto einrichten und die Strecke in den Downloadpool schmeissen.Es werden bestimmt einige spenden,wenn die Strecke TOP geworden ist. Ist nur n´n Vorschlag zur Güte !

We are aware of all restrictions and we know we would have to go through DTG.
Though, we are not close to the end of our project, and all of this stuff will be looked at later on.

 

Since DTG has not build many northern germany routes for tsw, i am very excited for this one.
You mentioned once to extend the route to Hamburg Altona, not much time after you announced the project.
Since Altona has a very complex system with bridges for Sbahn and other things, it sounds extremely difficult to build.
Once the route comes out i will never play any other route ever again

You also wrote too do many of Hannovers SBahn services, soo will there ever be a chance to have the sbahn Hamburg on this route after
its finished?

i also want to ask if there is any new progress on the route since the last news was some weeks ago.

Thanks for your interest! I apologize that there hasn't been a lot of progress in the last couple of weeks since of all the holidays and I was on vacation for a couple weeks. But I am back at work right now!

Altona is complex, but we want to take time to make the route as realistic as possible, and make it the best!!!

S-Bahn Hamburg: As of now, all the tracks will be included, as well as the stations. The problem we currently have is that the S-Bahn Hamburg trains (br 474 and 490) don't exist. To hint a little bit, we have already thought about making the br 490. But as of now, there has not been any information released by DTG on how to make custom Trains.

S-Bahn Hannover: With the S-Bahn Hannover, it is way easier since the trains (br 425) already exist in the game. Parts of the S-Bahn Hannover will be there, but at the moment I can't tell you to what extent it will be included.

I am planning to send out another update this Weekend, with some more screenshots!

I was waiting for some news and im happy to hear the br 490 gets developed!
I tryed to build the 3d modell of a br 474 in blender but it would not be more than an asset.
Anyway i will follow your projekt until it comes out one day.
