Struggling To Run Train Simulator Classic 2024

Hi there, I'm arnold, I am very new to pc gaming, so for Xmas I was brought a Asus tuf f15 1tb gaming laptop along with a additional 2tb external memory. I can't seem to run train simulator classic on medium to high graphics? Can anyone help?

You have downloaded basic TSC from Steam and cannot initiate it?

 

I think you're confusing memory with disc space there. Are you trying to run TS off that external drive?

 

Can actually easily be done. I’ve done that from a usb 3 drive.

 

What is the full computer specs?

 

Seems strange, I have TSC installed on my old laptop which has an ancient I5 CPU and GTX 950 GPU. It runs albeit sends the fans into orbit.

 

Please can you describe what problems you see when you try to run or medium or high level graphics.

 

Have you consigned the railworks64.exe to the pressumable Nvidia graphic card so it will be used instead of the onboard graphic chip?
If not,pls go to system settings-Monitor-graphics and add the railworks64.exe and for this choose yr Nvidia card.
