I was playing the 1S06 London to Edinburgh service and about 10 minutes after leaving Peterborough I stopped at a red signal. I looked on the map and the train in front of me was stopped at a green signal. Yes that’s right a green signal. So I got out of my train, walked up track just to find out I couldn’t take charge of the service. So I was just stuck, and I’ve ran into issues like this before but I’ve never encountered a train that has stopped at a green signal. If someone can point me in the right direction so I know how to make DTG aware of this bug?
    Very best Zak Bevington

I've solved this by deleting the train stuck at green by using the spawn or delete icon, go on foot near the stuck train, open the spawn icon with left arrow and select delete train, after that return to your train, accept service and the signal should be green

Why does this sound like DTG's fix to any and all red light issues?

Guess probably a bit laziness or cannot fix these services, they take several months to fix services broken (the famous Trunk Service scenario RSN)
