so earlier i was working on a train that has an "unknown error", i tried to change its pathing many times and i waited so long the timetable thingy just refuses to tell me how the train is supposed to run (even though i have copied everything exactly the same as what RTT as shown me). So i just force shut down the game and reopening it. But then now every time i tried opening to edit the scenario. It just stuck in a loading screen, waited for 30 minutes and still doesnt open.

    how i fix this.

before anyone asks, i tried to remove the train (9G04) by using TS Tools. But nope, the TS Tools doesnt even work. Screenshot 2025-11-03 030912.png
cant even use loco swap to remove the consist/train entirely

The Error in TS Tools is because you have not set it up correctly.
Open TS Tools - Options and part the way down is Register SuperPicture2.ocx run that

And if you can see the Scenario number in TS Tools you can delete it manually by going in to the Scenario Folder.

That is to do with permissions - try running TS Tools as Administrator then click on Register SuperPicture2.ocx
    It should work

Also try the other thing I suggested
You can see the Scenario number in TS Tools you can delete it manually by going in to the Scenario Folder.

running as admin did the trick,
