I noticed after the update when I go to the workshop tab the downloading subscriptions seems to stay and won’t clear. I tried clearing the Cashe, turning off/on but no change. I’m able to play most routes but not the ones that are memory intensive. When I try I get the crash out of memory.
Second rule - treat Workshop as normal 3rd party addons. Subscribe via Steam client (TS not running), as much as you want. Then open Steam(Library)\steamapps\workshop\content\24010, unpack the zips to RailWorks directly. (You're a PC player, so I guess you know a bit about file management Unsubscribe everything, fire up TS. Find your stuff in Career, Standard or Freeroam. Workshop tab should be empty. No delay because of syncing, no corrupt files. Stays in your installation even when author withdraws it. And: TSC workshop items cannot be updated - so the syncing is useless anyway. Every update requires a separate upload as a new workshop item which has to be subscribed again.
I can see the item I want in the workshop area of the Steam client but how to get the zips? The only option I see is 'subscribe'.
