Beside the issues about licensing, there is another very important problem when creating routes or locos. The information or the access only internals or local residents can provide. Even the most tech-savy developers couldn't closely replicate a real loco or route 1 to 1 for 100%, if the reference material to do so is missing. This includes not only the hot topic of recording authentic sounds, but also other very important material like photographies of interiors and exteriors or internal documentation, which simply isn't available online and maybe available only to people who exclusively have access to such on their own. I have been thinking about the thread by DTG, "Audio - We Need Your Help!", where DTG is asking for help gathering audio or finding a person who could provide access to locos, to let their audio team record it. However, the thread is only asking for US content and especially Audio, but there might be other persons in this forum or maybe even thinking to join, who could offer their help in regard to some loco or route projects. Maybe a help, which is in some cases could make the difference between a "Yes, we'll do this project" or a "No, we can't do this project". I think providing a subforum, where people could start threads, explaining a bit about their residence or profession, providing their help to create future content for Train Sim World, could lead to some nice results in the future. Maybe this would create the foundation for trains or routes, which do seem unreachable or unreasonable to create by now, but with a little help from outside, seem far more realistic to come into the game. Just like the moderatos constantly spreading the link to the suggestion forum during the livestreams on YouTube, they also could provide a link to this subforum during the livestreams, saying something like "Do you have access to locos/routes and want to bring them into TSW? Provide your details here: [Link to Forum]." Thanks for reading
