Hi! Let me start by saying what a great game Catan Console Edition is!! I previously owned the Steam Catan computer game, and of course I've also played the Catan Universe a lot. But this version, Console Edition, is by far my favorite!! It's very intuitive and it has everything you would want in a Catan game. I own the Playstation version of the game and, after getting the platinum for the PS4 version, me and my wife are now playing on the PS5 to get the second platinum, just playing and enjoying the game as it develops naturally. Anyway, I would like to make two suggestions, if I may, all with the idea to improve an already awesome game: 1.- I would strongly suggest to create a way to minimize the pop-up windows and see the map. I would state that it is mandatory for the experience and the complex strategy of the game. In short, here are some examples to illustrate the need: *Sometimes other players want to trade and you want to analize "what they are up to" on the board before agreeing. *Other times, you need to discard cards because someone rolls a 7, and you need to see "what you can still do" according to the number of cards one must drop, or to make a contingency plan according to the board state. *When you put the robber, sometimes you must decide who to steal from and you need to analyze their probable moves on the board before doing so. I think the game really needs that and would benefit from it. Greatly. 2.- I would also enable the "negotiate/don't negotiate" button during another player's turn. It happens very often that midway round, one has resources to trade and can't change the status until one's turn. I know that maybe that decision of making it last for the whole round it's kind of a punishment for making that choice and also you want to minimize distractions and annoying behavior to the current player, but I think it could be maybe an on/off thing like the initial setup or the friendly robber. That's all. I'm looking forward to obtaining the new trophies (the current list is called "Set 1", so I assume a new batch is coming and we are totally excited!).
