A few themes appear to be emerging in the Suggestions discussion of late, namely suggestions that lack detail, posts suggesting routes that have already been suggested frequently, and a race amongst members to be the first to point out either of the above flaws. I even seen it suggested that the board be moderated. Now if I was new to the forums and had an idea I wouldn't necessarily know about the level of detail expected. And why not? Because the expectation was not posted anywhere. So how about a pinned post at the top of the page with a template for route suggestions?
Not one to plug my own threads, however this is the only one I know of: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/suggestions-guide.45451/ that I made a couple of years ago. Although, that's not a 'bare minimum, do this' guide, it's more of a "if you want a really good suggestion- do this." I can't seem to recall ever seeing another one. Seemed fairly popular at the time.
