I recently watched the bakerloo challenge stream (from 23 Dec 2020) in which four streamers race simultaneously on the same route. It was noticed that Matt was the only streamer to get sun glints off the rails. He mentioned that it might have something to with Anti Aliasing but wasn't sure. Does anyone know how this effect is achieved? I have all my graphics settings turned to the absolute maximum but cannot get this effect. So any answers would be gratefully appreciated
I'm fairly sure if you use FXAA Antialiasing with the screen percentage dialed up a bit, you should then see it.
Ah brilliant, yes I was using TAA, i will give it another test Edit: can confirm it is FXAA that does the trick, however turning it on as opposed to TAA makes everything super flickery for me unfortunately, which is probably why I initially went for TAA in the first place
