Hi all, I'm wanting to edit a couple of UK scenarios with more prototypical British rollingstock. Some scenarios use stock that comes with the European Asset Pack, and it looks rather dated, and noticed in some scenarios there's some German stock used - particularly the "Scots Pine" scenario for WCML North. I will use this scenario as an example. If I was to swap the German wagons that carry timber with BR ones, should I use the OTA Timber wagons or are there different ones that suit the time period depicted? Were they actually used on the WCML north route? Also, wouldn't mind replacing the default FSA wagons with a more up to date version (I'm guessing the ones from AP would do or are there free ones out there)? What do you all do/use when cloning scenarios. I'd like to hear your thoughts and ideas. Thanks Jamie
What we use depends on what we own. I have seen the Colas train that runs from Ribblehead to Chirk and that uses bogie wagons loaded with logs And these are European design rather than the smaller two axle OTA This thread might help https://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/41067-ribblehead-chirk-timber/
