Wanted to get a Swiss route. Don’t have any and wanted to give a try. Which one do you recommend ?

Luzern. If you have traveled on the Arosalinie and Berninaliie you will be extremely disappointed.

Luzern? That's for TSW only as far as I'm aware.

Bernina Line, Bernina Pass and Arosa are fabulous routes in TSC with high quality detailed rolling stock. I also recommend Heidi-Express (not on Steam, but on simtrain.ch)

But Gotthard is a good starter, as it's not as slow as the tight curved and steep Arosa/Bernina routes. Depends what you prefer.

The Arosa Line, Bernina Line and Bernina Pass are very well done and quite detailed but are restrictive in what you can run being Metre Gauge

Gotthard line is the best as it give you the opportunity to run different types of trains from other railways as in real life.
On the route you see Swiss trains and those from DB and other freight companies

The metre gauge routes by Thomson and Rivet are well done, but to my mind feel a bit sterile, with not enough weathering and lineside weeds. I think the Bernina Pass is the best of them with the most varied range of terrain. It's got a good feeling of bleakness at the summit.

The Gotthardbahn Alpine Classic: Erstfeld – Bellinzona route is the one I'd suggest. It's got the greatest potential for varied traffic, complex route engineering, mountain views and a long tunnel.

I agree Spikee1975 Luzern is TSW, my favourite for TSC is Heidi Express, which is sold by SimTrainCH but I originally purchased it through Just Trains.

I tried out the gotthardbahn alpine classic but for some reason when the safety system would go off it wouldn’t reset by pressing Q. I kept getting the emergency brake application. Not sure what I was doing wrong. This is on the RE 460 driving coach

The manual for the locos on the route is Poor - even worse than some DTG manuals.

There is a Vigilance on the Re460 & Driving Coach - you have to use the Enter on the Number Pad - Not Q
Normally the Vigilance is Off by default and you use Shift + Number Pad Enter to toggle on/off

To reset the ZUB (AWS) the Q button is used.

I changed your REAL DRIVE starting points slightly at Zurich HB so the marker is at the Buffer Stops End as short trains spawned at the outer end of the platforms.
