Switch Exterior Camera To Jump To Loco Instead Of The Front Of The Consist

I get why some of the locos spawn backwards in particular services, but having the exterior camera at the other end of lengthy train could be fixed by have it start with the loco instead of where it detects the front

this would most help the class 20’s as they always seem to be backwards but can help on other locos like the 185RP which has services do the same thing
