As title says, when I have been loading a save on wcmlos with 87, the tap changer runs down without any input from myself. Very odd. Have to wait for it to go back to off before powering up.
Think this has been an issue since the DLC released and probably noted in the official feedback thread. I suspect this is down to the complex scripting which means the save game can’t put the loco back “as is” in game, the German G6 shunter has a similar issue. I always make a point of setting the tap changer to run down then off before saving and exiting.
