I honestly don't know what to do. The tgv just can't be upgraded in free Rome, so well, don't completely upgrade or am I too stupid for that? I mean, you could use this thing anywhere in the past, but not anymore Just like the entrance on the station side, you just can't get on the train anymore.... /
upgrade? you mean getting inside? totally different things, let alone the fact you can't just upgrade a train like that. the platform has a height that acts weird towards the trigger boxes which makes you unable to enter the TGV from a standard height german platform. what do we always like to say? it is what it is
You can only use the TGV on German routes through scenario planner (off the rails mode) and not free roam. Free roam requires you to use the correct voltage and current pickup mode (pantograph or 3rd rail shoe) depending on the route you’re actually, the TGV we have is the first ever Duplex, the 200 Series running under 1.5kV DC and 25kV 50Hz AC, hence why the MCB can’t be closed while under 15Kv 16,7 Hz AC. If we got the 2N2 3UA then yeah it’ll will work fine.
