Tgv Duplex Will Not Load

Hi the TGV Duplex willnot load on the LGV Rhone - Alps & Meditrrranee - Lyon to Marseille DLC. I have validated the game.

 

I've just come across the same issue. Is there a fix for this?

 

So a silly question
Do you have the Marseille to Avignon route?

I just tried a Quick Drive from Marseille to Avignon and the Scenario loads
