Thameslink encapsulates several hundred miles in total to be fair. Even if it were remotely possible to develop it, and to recycle East Croydon-Brighton from the BML, you'd be waiting half a decade for it. People would also want the other stock from other ToCs using those lines included. PC/TS Classic users can drive the Bedford-Brighton element of Thameslink via Danny's merge on Workshop if they have the prerequisites.
You could always pick one route. Luton to sevenoaks or blackfriars to Rainham (kent) etc.... that's a couple that haven't been done yet.
Peterborough to London Bridge would be a nice route though we would be really pushing the length which we usually see in TSW.
Not sure why going to London Bridge rather than St Pancras, but that last three miles would be the most complex thing in the game so far with ATO between STP and Blackfriars, a major junction just south of Blackfriars and then two more with the lines joining from Charing Cross and Cannon Street For me terminating it at STP would be enough though still long at 76 miles
Haha, yeah. Not quite sure if OP knows what they are requesting, or the simulator they are requesting it for. Thameslink is the biggest rail operation in the UK, sharing most of its track with other operators, as well as being several hundred miles across all of the routes. Comments about that timetable mode alone would crash this forum. I'm not sure of TSW's capabilities, programmatically. Is ATO something that can be implemented properly in it? Even in TSC things like the power changeover at Farringdon/City Thameslink have to be done manually, so I do wonder. But as I say, I'm not remotely clued up.
Yes ATO is very much possible, but given the complexity of the route after Blackfriars and the length from PBO beforehand would it be necessary to have the part where you do even less than you do to drive the 700 normally?
That's a fair point. Personally I always liked authenticity (like the tokens on one of the TSC Highlands routes - I can't remember which one now). Some might feel that a longer route with some challenging gradients would qualify them for a little "rest" at the controls, although I am predominantly a TSC player who only uses TSW on my PS.
