It has been a while since Train Sim World's last modern UK route; almost a year. I think that a new route for the United Kingdom is needed, and Thameslink would be the perfect choice. The route would start in St Albans and run south, through King's Cross St Pancras, Elephant and Castle, Streatham Hill, etc, ending up in Sutton. The route would include the Sutton loop, which adds variety and is something we haven't seen since Scottish Commuter. Trains included would be the class 700. It could also include some layers, including Southern's class 377, the BR class 66, and more. The class 700 could also be layered onto the London Commuter and East Coastway routes. I hope you consider my suggestion. This route has lots of variety, with the core section and the Sutton loop and so much more. People have wanted Thameslink for a while now, and it's time to make it happen.
Would be really good! If also include St Pancras "High Level" for EMR services. Would also include London Bridge for Thameslink services down the BML. You'd have Bedford to London Bridge as well as the Luton/St Alban's services to Sutton as a complete run, as well as the whole Thameslink core!
28 miles from St Albans to Sutton, but would depend if you went via Wimbledon or via Mitcham Junction.
