I don't really understand the GST and GNT. I've got a light that says " G-GNT " which I would assume means Geschwindigkeit, but I'm not speeding?

It tells you that you will need to brake, if it starts flashing then you are braking under the deceleration curve which is good.

The "G" is a warning that the brake curve for the next speed restriction is going to start soon. If it flashes, you are in the brake curve and you should brake by then. If the "G" is off and you hear a constant warning sound, you are too fast and you will get an emergency brake soon.

The flashing is a bit counter intuitive but presumably prototypical and you get used to it.
