I should be very clear, i am not a member or claim to be "Diesel Workshop" i am simply a big fan of his newest project and want to spread the word. Diesel Workshop is working on creating what looks to be an amazing Alco C424/425! The century series (and MLW counter parts) is a severely under represented line of alco locomotives in not just TS but nearly all train sims. So to see this locomotive coming to my favorite Train Sim has me giddy, especially considering that the release date is supposed to be around the end of this month. I don't want to steal to much of DW's thunder so im only gonna share a few pics here, for more you can visit his website and facebook page which i will link. Still am so happy to be seeing this loco come to TS, and can only hope the continue with other century series locos. Yeah i know there are several rs3 variants available for TS, but i am not a fan of the rs series. Never really liked the look of the earlier RS models, i was saying in this post that i was excited to see that the century series specifically was being made. Because the OP Does not like the Alco RS3 he did not mention them so I was not sure if he know of them The RSC3 is a nice loco
Definitely excited for them because they were a symbol of American railroading in the late 1930s-1960s Because during those years steam locomotives began to be phased out of service
