Does anyone know when the game The Bus, by TML studios is due to come out on consoles? I heard something about it a while back but can't find anything.
PC version was still pretty meh last time I played it. Not a patch on OMSI2, when you can get it to work!
This is an eternal early access game. They concluded phase 1.0 but there seems to be no progress other than adding an etra line , new part of Berlin. We should have had AI busses and trams by now.
Yeah it’s pretty poor IMO, even ignoring performance, with all settings at max it still looks quite rough. The road marking textures not rendering was the biggest killer for me. It’s been in EA for a long time, which leads me to ask why they’re focused on new content. The core needs work first & foremost. I suspect this will be one of those that stays in EA for its entire lifespan.
Like others stated it’s been on early access for too long so I don’t ever think personally it’ll come to console, they said in the past it’ll be ready for 2023 but we’re nearly in 2025 and it’s still in EA. I don’t know if they struggle because of UE5 but I feel like it’s taking forever Quite a shame because I liked a lot of TML’s creations such as Berlin subway and Lini 51 for MSTS or WOS. Bus and Cable car simulator was a great game back in the days being of of the few games having trolleybuses.
Well Aerosoft is just the publisher. They can do EA realy well if they have a good developer. City Bus manager is a game that showed other how EA should be done: game was already almost complete and they were very open to customer feedback.
the Bus is absolutely arcade. There is no physics in buses, no sense of size. TML's inability to make Ai bus traffic. OMSI is a real bus simulator for the ages
