I'm on xbox one playing the catch carp and course, and the mastery challenges are not working. I tried to submit a ticket with dovetail and its saying my email is invalid and I cant use it to sign up or log in. Also I had to make this new email just to get help
Our Kayako ticketing site that you use to submit tickets uses a different email to Dovetail Live, so that is normal. Please create an account on our ticketing site and then submit a ticket and explain your issue, I'll put the link below. If you can submit a ticket using this link ( https://dovetailgames.kayako.com/Tickets/Submit ) use the email address you used to create this account to notify us of your issue on the forum. In the body of the message explain the issue you are having but most importantly provide the email address you initially used when you set up your Dovetail Live account so we can look into what might be causing the issue. 2. If you click on my user name here in the forum you can "Start a conversation" with me, if you do that and send me the email address you are having an issue with we will pass this on to the team to investigate.
