I have recently bought the Great British Railways Bundle for TS and it comes with the ECML London - Peterborough route add-on, but the Class 801 seems to be missing in TS and is only available in the GBRj game. Anyone have any idea how to fix this/get it in TS?

I had this issue too when I got GBRJ and the 801 was missing from the TS version.
After help from members on the forums, I had to manually transfer assets from the GBRJ folders to the TS/railworks folders.
I'm sure someone will be able to guide you further as I can't remember the specific files that need to be copied over.

I don't have GBRJ - it seems it is a separate installation?

In this case locate the file Class801Pack01Assets.ap and copy it to RailWorks\Assets\DTG\Class801Pack01\Class801Pack01Assets.ap

For scenarios, locate ECMLSClass801Pack01Scenarios.ap and copy it to RailWorks\Content\Routes\00000029-0000-0000-0000-000000002014\ECMLSClass801Pack01Scenarios.ap

The manual Class801ManualEN.pdf goes to RailWorks\Manuals\EN\Class801ManualEN.pdf

Yes, but for the Class 801 it is EXACTLY the same as in the ECML Peterborough install in the main TS2022 Route folders.
I purchased ECML L to P around 2014 and around 2017 I acquired 5 scenario packs ( all in .ap format) - these included the ECMLSClass801Pack01Scenarios.ap plus the Class 91, Class 180, Class 32, Class A2, Class 321, so I had the 3 Class 801 scenarios in ECML L to P well before GBRJ was introduced ( and they worked fine)
I guess DTG must have marketed a scenario pack for ECML L to P back in 2017 and that is possibly why the scenarios are missing in some installs.
If you have the scenario packs then the Route folder should show the following:
    ecml l to p scenarios..png

Because the Class 801 is not part of the ECML-L2P but installs as a separate pack it seems the Steam settings have become unlinked and Steam is not installing it as it should.
    Key Features
    • 76 mile (122km) East Coast Main Line route from London King’s Cross to Peterborough
    • High Speed Train (HST), including Class 43 locomotives and full coach consist

    • Hitachi Class 801 EMU prototype

In case the OP is still confused, here are the location of the files to be copied from GBRJ

    SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GBRJ\Content\Routes\00000029-0000-0000-0000-000000002014\ECMLSClass801Pack01Scenarios.ap

    SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GBRJ\Assets\DTG\Class801Pack01

The Class801Pack01 folder goes in Steamapps\common\Railworks\Assets\DTG

The ECMLSClass801Pack01Scenarios file goes in Steamapps\common\Railworks\Content\Routes\00000029-0000-0000-0000-000000002014

I don't think the OP has the GBRJ?

I did, or is the Great British Railways Bundle something else?

    My bad.
