It's a 14 mile, 31 station route between 207th St-Broadway in Upper Manhattan's Inwood & High St in Brooklyn, then continue via the Fulton St line to Grant Ave thru Queens to Lefferts Blvd via Liberty Ave, Far Rockaway or Rockaway Park via the Jamaica Bay Crossing that includes the A [Full Time], C [Except Late Night], and the Rock Park Shuttle in Queens between Broad Channel & Rock Park. With different fleets: R32, R46, R160+ & R179+. A will get R46 & some R32, C will get R32+, some R46, R160+, and the future R179+. You have 3 choices before you drive a train: A, C or the Rock Park Shuttle in Queens. C runs Local between Euclid Ave & 168th St anything but late night. A local [days & evenings] between 207th & 168th Sts then express to Canal St-Holland Tunnel in Lower Manhattan, local again to Hoyt-Schemerhorn in Brooklyn express again, and south of Euclid Ave. thru Queens. On rush-hour, some A service headed to/from Rockaway Park. On late night, a full-length A local line between 207th St-Broadway in Upper Manhattan's Inwood & Far Rockaway in Queens, and the Liberty Ave Shuttle runs between Euclid Ave & Lefferts Blvd. Also a F line trunk between West Fourth in Lower Manhattan & Jay St-MetroTech in Brooklyn. Stops include Broadway-Lafayette, Second Ave, Delancey St, East Broadway & York St; as well as to/from 145th St on the lower level [Grand Concourse platform] if there's some activity on the mission, which means going local on the A south of 59th St-Columbus Circle. And a Rockaway Blvd split: one going to Lefferts at Liberty Ave, the other going to the Rockaways. On Rockaway Park Shuttle, you gotta play a 4-car R46 set. And the upcoming R211 fleet, will replace all R46 [75-foot] sets.
